Albtelecom, the biggest fix telephone operator in Albania, comes with a new philosophy offering services to the clients. As you may know, the biggest telecommunication company in Albania after the privatization is engaged in an intensive investment process with the aim of a more quality service and reasonable prices for the Albanian consumers. Our management philosophy is build on our major priority to satisfy their clients and fulfil their demands. Basing on this philosophy, I am happy to present to you and to Albanian public the first results of our up to now work. Simultaneously with the up to date work on network extension and infrastructure modernization, we have considerably reduced the tariffs for our two major services, the fix telephony and internet.
Fix Telephone
Albtelecom will start on September 15 to have the lowest fix telephone service tariffs in the market for all clients. The company has decided to make a up to 57 per cent tariff reduce.
The new tariffs application will enable Albanian families to profit far cheaper prices on regional calls and other region ones. The company has planned lower tariffs than other subscribers for all call categories.
Taking into consideration the fact that Albanian families have their relatives abroad, Albtelecom has made a 15 % tariff reduce for outgoing international calls. Our clients will have the possibility to communicate with their relatives abroad with very reasonable and economical tariffs.
Albtelecom company has also considerably reduced the tariffs for calls toward domestic mobile operators easing as such the communication of clients. The family subscribers will profit up to 30 % discount. Our clients under these new tariffs will have the possibility of cheaper calls with each of mobile operators.
The company will start on September 15 to apply the reduced telephone installation tariff from 14 thousand Leke 12 thousand Leke.
Internet Tariff (ADSL)
In the meantime, I want to inform you that Albtelecom not long ago has applied a huge ADSL internet tariff reduce. After having increased the internet quality, we released to market some packages applying up to 80% tariff reduction.
To be more concrete, the ADSL installation tariff underwent a discount from 52 to 71 per cent, whereas the non limited ADSL packages tariffs were reduced from 50 to 62 per cent. On the other side we had a considerable ADSL PRO products discount, in order to give possibilities to Albanian businesses for a far better internet service quality and up to 80 per cent tariff reduce than offered before the privatization of Albtelecom.
