ALBtelecom is the largest fixed telephony company in Albania. The telephone service is offered to the Albanian citizens by the Local telephonic Central in all urban areas. The fixed telephony service, provided by the fixed telephony giant in Albania, is delivered for two users’ categories; family users and other users. Family service users in fixed telephony service occupy about 92 percent of the total number of users.

Application

Any entity interested in receiving fixed telephony services by ALBtelecom, can now do such a thing very simply. Anyone can reach any sales point of ALBtelecom, in the whole country, and after the fulfillment of the request for a fixed telephone number, he/she can receive this service in a short time.

If you are interested in being equipped with a fixed number, you should present at an ALBtelecom counter, in the capital city, or in other regions of the country, to fill the form type.
 
The form contains standard data and a following serial computer number.

Applicant must submit:
 
a) A photocopy of the identification document.

b) The public administration, private entities, associations, etc., have to make formal requests at the counters of ALBtelecom, or via mail, in order for those requests to follow the proper protocol. It is necessary to submit a photocopy of the NIPT and license.

 
The application will be taken into consideration, and when the procedures are due, the interested person is informed to present himself for signing the contract.
