Duties
- Responsible to follow and respect all company and division procedures
- Responsible to reach the daily targets and KPIs for Inbound and Outbound calls
- Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails/others as a receiver and caller
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
- Use in correct and effective way all internal systems and applications
- Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Telecommunication awareness
- Available to work in shifts
Experience
- Experience in similar position will be an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor Degree
