  • Responsible to follow and respect all company and division procedures
  • Responsible to reach the daily targets and KPIs for Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails/others as a receiver and caller
  • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
  • Use in correct and effective way all internal systems and applications
  • Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of MS Office package
  • Telecommunication awareness
  • Available to work in shifts


  • Experience in similar position will be an advantage.


  • Bachelor Degree
