Corporate Account Manager

Purpose of the position:

Achieves daily individual sales target given by the Team Manager and contributes directly to the overall achievement of the directorate's general target given by the company. Ensures consistent delivery of individual sales revenues through daily planning and deployment and management of resources.


  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients;
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made;
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned;
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge;
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships;
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up;
  • Identify and resolve client concerns;
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff;
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services;


  • Very good knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent telephone sales skills;
  • Highly energetic and self-starter;
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment;
  • Good knowledge of Telecommunication sector in Albania will be beneficial but not essential;
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities;
  • Should be honest, assertive and systematic;
  • Valid driver's license;


  • At least 2 years experiences in similar field;


  • Bachelor Degree;
