Field Maintenance Team Manager

Purpose of Position:

The purpose of this position is responsible for coordinate, manage, and control the Field Maintenance Team.

Main Duties

  • Take proactive actions to reach target KPIs of network availability against acceptable costs;
  • Document and report weekly, monthly, yearly the cost activity of Field Maintenance;
  • Maintain safe work environment by following codes, standards and legal regulations ;
  • Support other teams when required;
  • Report as per superiors requirement of Field Maintenance Activities;

Skills

  • Very good command of mechanical and electrical hand tools, able to work on heights, good skills of the technical and operational capabilities and implementation procedures.
  • Good understanding of electric systems in telecom networks;
  • Very good command of English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Team Work, Positive Attitude, Solution oriented, Effective communication skills,
  • Self-motivated, Multitasking, able to work under pressure;

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance activities on mobile networks;

Education

  • University Diploma/ Master Degree in related fields;
