Duties

  • Using all the tools for subscriber operations like: JIRA, CRM, OTRS;
  • Interface to Sales, Customer Care and Shops;
  • Assign the tasks to respective back offices for individual subscriber operations;
  • Cooperation and interfacing with Billing, Customer Care, Call Center, Sales sector, Network O&M etc. for main job fulfilment pre sales activities for all subscribers (FIXGSM, PSTN, ADSL, VDSL, IPTV etc.);

Skills

  • Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet SDH etc;
  • Knowledge of Oracle, MS Sql Server, Linux;
  • Very Good knowledge of English language;
  • Communicative, team player, problem solving;
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Available to work overtime when necessary

Experience

  • More than 4 years in the same industry;

Education

  • University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT;
