The Highest Score in a benchmarking test

This certificate is based on the results of an independent measurement campaign, which was carried out by Systemics-PAB in November and December 2016. The measurement campaign assessed the performance of voice and mobile internet services of all 4 mobile operators in Albania. Tests were performed throughout Albania covering 7 largest cities and most important roads.
