Brand and Budgeting Specialist

Purpose of the position:

Establish and update budget expenses according to the approved budget;

Duties:

  • Establish and update budget expenses according to the approved budget;
  • Follow up the SAP procedure on Managing invoice data in SAP system through PO & PR procedures;
  • Follow up MarCom expenses and forecast monthly budgets according budget approved;
  • Provide monthly reports with updated MarCom expenses;
  • Follow up signing procedure of MarCom agreements as per the signatures;
  • Establish new updates of the MAF, approved procedure of MarCom;
  • Collaboration with the Finance and SAP Departments;
  • Collect the forecasted expenses from all MarCom team and follow up budget expenses as per the approved annual budget;
  • Collect data from BI Department and provide Reports to the Brand and Retail Team as per their needs;

Skills:

  • Very good knowledge of English language;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Teamworking skills, Organisational skills, Planning skills;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Available to work over time if necessary;

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in previous similar position;

Education

  • University Degree;
