Customer Value Management Data Analyst

Purpose of position:

Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business report;


  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver;actionable insights to relevant decision-makers;
  • Produce and track key performance indicators;
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations;
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in customer retention and revenue;


  • Maximum Proficiency in Microsoft Package with special focus on Excel/PowerPoint/Word and Visio;
  • Experience in matrix management & cross functional interaction Excellent analytical and strategic skills with attention to details.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Very good interpersonal communication, time management and leadership skills
  • Willing to work under pressure, creative, undertaking initiative;


  • At least 1 year of marketing experience, specifically in product development in consumer business. Experience telecommunications industry will be considered a plus;


  • University Degree in Business Administration / Business Informatics / Finance / Marketing. (Master Degree is a plus)
