Purpose of Position:

Responsible for analyzing the costumer behavior during all his lifecycle, by segment of costumers with purpose of fostering customer loyalty and increasing his lifetime value. Consequently, increasing companies’ revenue.

Main Duties

  • Identify actionable insights working on large structured and unstructured data sets.
  • Design machine learning models to identify threats and opportunities of a customer lifecycle.
  • Actively participate in the design and creation of new campaigns.
  • Conduct post analysis of the campaigns by comparing to expected performance and propose changes if necessary.
  • Work on data analytics to prepare different reports for higher management.
  • Build automated alert reports in case of unexpected deviations in customer value and activity.
  • Translate insights into business-friendly presentations
  • Other duties as requested from the supervisor.


  • Knowledge and experience in SPSS Statistics & Modeler, SQL, R, Python, MS Office applications.
  • English Language well spoken and written.


  • At least 1 year of previous experience in this area.


  • University Degree in IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics.
