Field Maintenance Team Manager

Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is responsible for coordinate, manage, and control the Field Maintenance Team.
- Take proactive actions to reach target KPIs of network availability against acceptable costs;
- Document and report weekly, monthly, yearly the cost activity of Field Maintenance;
- Maintain safe work environment by following codes, standards and legal regulations ;
- Support other teams when required;
- Report as per superiors requirement of Field Maintenance Activities;
- Very good command of mechanical and electrical hand tools, able to work on heights, good skills of the technical and operational capabilities and implementation procedures.
- Good understanding of electric systems in telecom networks;
- Very good command of English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Team Work, Positive Attitude, Solution oriented, Effective communication skills,
- Self-motivated, Multitasking, able to work under pressure;
- At least 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance activities on mobile networks;
- University Diploma/ Master Degree in related fields;
