Purpose of the position
Promotion of ALBtelecom products and services in different cities in Albania.
- Responsible for presenting products and services of the company correctly to current and prospective customers,
- Advertise products and services through phone calls; going door to door, staying in promotion booth, distribution of leaflets.
- Responsible for attending regularly and precisely the daily/weekly/monthly schedule, flexible to adapt with its rapid changes.
- Follows instructions, identifies and records any service quality problem and take preventive and corrective actions.
- Responsible for identifying and escalating customer’s complaints according to procedures and regulations of the company.
Requirements of the position:
- Bachelor degree
- Customer oriented people
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Able and willing to work in team and to travel at any time
- Willing to work under pressure
