Purpose of the position:
Promotion of ALBtelecom products and services in different cities in Albania.
- Enthusiastic towards sales activities and providing to the potential customers all the necessary details and strong points of our products and services;
- Presents products and services of the company correctly to existing and prospective customers;
- Advertise products and services through phone calls; going door to door, staying in promotion booth, distribution of leaflets;
- Able to regularly and precisely meet the daily/weekly/monthly schedule, flexible to adapt with its rapid changes;
- Follows instructions, identifies and records any service quality problem and take preventive and corrective actions;
- Able to create a Database of potential customers that are to be further contacted including all the relevant information;
- Responsible for fulfilling the correct respective documentation for assigned contracts;
- Responsible to escalate any relevant feedback received from potential or existing customers;
- Very good knowledge on the latest technologies;
Requirements of the position:
- Bachelor degree
- Sales oriented person
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public, ability to persuade and influence others;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Available to travel, work over-time, weekends, official holidays;
- Willing to work under pressure
