Purpose of the position:

Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the top management. Customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;

Requirements of the position

  • At least 5 years of previous experience in direct or indirect sales;
  • University Degree (Preferred, candidates with Degree in Economy, Engineering)
  • Strong business understanding, knowledge of the Albanian market, strong customer orientation and team work ability, proven leadership ability, empower the respective staff to achieve targets and objectives, result focused and decision maker;
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude, demonstrable strategic thinking abilities;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in the same industry is considered an advantage
