Service Delivery Specialist

Purpose of Position

Prepare and organize the project for service delivery to corporate customers. The main corporate projects are for International service request between operators and customers, national operators, ISP service and for individual, business service, governmental and non-governmental institutions. .

Main Task

  • Achieve deeper knowledge of the configurations covered by other teams, departments;
  • Using all the tools for subscriber operations like; JIRA, , CRM,OTRS;
  • Improve corporate customer's database;
  • Reducing the respond time to 48 hours for the solution of the requests coming from Corporate and wholesales Sales;
  • Reconciliation of Corporate and Wholesale Customers with Fraud management sales;
  • Provide support to Inter Operator Sales. Improvement of response time with full technical specification;

Skills

  • Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet SDH etc.;
  • Very Good knowledge of English language;
  • Positive Attitude, Team Work;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Availability to work overtime when needed;

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications industry;

Education

  • University Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT;
