Service Delivery Specialist

Purpose of Position

Prepares technical solutions, prepare technical requirements and cooperates with technical teams & departments for providing services to large customer.

Main Task

  • Achieve deeper knowledge of the configurations covered by other teams, departments;
  • Using all the tools for subscriber operations like; JIRA, , CRM;
  • Improve corporate customer's database;
  • Reducing the respond time to 48 hours for the solution of the requests coming from Corporate and wholesales Sales;
  • Reconciliation of Corporate and Wholesale Customers with Fraud management sales;
  • Provide support to Inter Operator Sales. Improvement of response time with full technical specification;


  • Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Leased Line, Voice, SIP Ethernet SDH;
  • Very good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, CRM, GIS, Google Earth
  • Very Good knowledge of English language;
  • Positive Attitude, Team Work;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Availability to work overtime when needed;


  • At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications industry;


  • University Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT;
