Purpose of Position:

'Handel all subscriber provisioning ADSL, PSTN, VDSL, FIXGSM, IPTV, SQL Server

Main Tasks

  • Using all the tools for subscriber operations like: JIRA, CRM, OTRS
  • Interface to Sales, Customer Operations, and Shops
  • Assign the tasks to respective back offices for individual subscriber operations.
  • Cooperation and interfacing with Billing, Customer Operations, Contact Center, Retail Sales sector, Network O&M etc. for main job fulfilment pre sales activities for all subscribers (FIXGSM, PSTN, ADSL, VDSL, IPTV etc.)


  • Understanding of RADIUS, DNS, firewall, packet captures, VM, TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, VPN and WIFI protocols and technologies.
  • Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet SDH etc.
  • Very Good knowledge of English language
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able and willing to work in team
  • Availability to work with shifts


  • 1 year of experience in telecommunications industry.


  • University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT.
