ALBtelecom Business Academy graduates the fourth generation of students

Polytechnic University and ALBtelecom sign a Memorandum of Understanding for further strategic cooperation with ALBtelecom Academies
ALBtelecom continues to support the new generation of students in the field of business and technology through the Business and Technology Academy, by combining theory and practice as an excellent opportunity for the most prominent students in these areas.
During the graduation ceremony, held at the headquarters of the company, was celebrated the successfully completion of Business Academy 4 and Technology Academy 3 studies.

Business Academy of ALBtelecom is a study program designed to further develop the management skills of employees by preparing them as future leaders. The trainings held at the Technology and Business Academy along their journey have welcomed the excellent students of the Polytechnic University of Tirana, part of the “SUPER Generation” program as well as employees of the company. The participating students of both academies got informed about the technology used in ALBtelecom, innovations in the field of telecommunication and as well as recent trends of management and leadership. After three years of successful history of the Academy of Technology, ALBtelecom only in this academy has graduated 120 students.


The graduation ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Mrs. Dorina Çinari, General Director of ALBtelecom Company Mr. Tahsin Yilmaz, Chairman of the Board of this company, Mr. Hydajet Kopani, Rector of the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Mr. Andrea Maliqari, lecturers and students of the Academy.
In his greeting speech, the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Hydajet Kopani congratulated Academy graduates for the successful completion of the program, drawing attention to the projects undertaken by ALBtelecom for the development of human resources:
“The highly competitive environment where ALBtelecom operates is a strong incentive to work even harder to advance in the field of service delivery and technology; to cooperate with government projects in terms of digitization; to cooperate with all stakeholders for the development of the country, and to add value to ALBtelecom company itself” - said Mr. Kopani during the graduation ceremony.


Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Mrs. Dorina Çinari praised the cooperation of ALBtelecom with state institutions and private business and the contribution of this company in improving technological development and providing novelties for the future of Albania.
Mrs. Çinari in her speech emphasized that: “Digital skills are now required in every field. For this reason, ALBtelecom Academy of Technology is an exceptional opportunity given to students and is the brilliant environment where they are being able to navigate into the digital world and are taught to be prepared with all the skills, to compete properly in the market economy.”

Rector of the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Mr. Andrea Maliqari expressed his special pleasure that the students of the University that he leads are part of this Academy with great values for the students and the University itself. Cooperation relations with ALBtelecom and the Polytechnic University culminated with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between ALBtelecom and the Polytechnic University of Tirana. This memorandum aims at intensifying cooperation and providing opportunities for university students, who will become part of the curriculum of ALBtelecom Academies. ALBtelecom also provides the field of expertise, support with its premises and cooperation with the Polytechnic University of Tirana in research and projects related to relevant fields of study.

At the end of the ceremony, graduate students and ALBtelecom employees celebrated with the songs of Aleksandër Gjoka in a concert and festive atmosphere, specially prepared for this Super Day at ALBtelecom SUPER Station.
