- What is the e-Bill?
The e-Bill is a method of presenting the monthly bill via e-mail, which is available to ALBtelecom Mobile Postpaid, and Fixed Services customers. When you register to benefit from the e-bill service, you will receive an electronic notification via your chosen email address, on a monthly basis.
- Do you have to pay for using the e-Bill service?
No, the e-bill service is free of charge, and available to all new and existing postpaid and fixed ALBtelecom customers. The registration to get the e-bill is enabled to avoid receiving a printed bill at the address of your residence.
- How do I register for my e-Bill?
The registration is simple, fast, and cost-free. You just need to give a valid e-mail address that we can use to send your bill to. You can do this registration in all our ALBtelecom shops.
If you are a new client, you can fill in your email address in your activation form, in one of our ALBtelecom shops.
If you are an existing ALBtelecom customer, you can activate the e-Bill service by visiting any ALBtelecom shop, and filling in the e-bill form.
- If I'm currently using the Invoice service, how do I change my email address?
To change your current e-mail address which your bills are sent to, you should contact our ALBtelecom Customer Service to 123/0422200123 or visit our ALBtelecom shops.
- How can I unregister from the e-bill service?
To unregister from this service, contact our ALBtelecom Customer Service to 123/0422200123, visit any ALBtelecom shop, or send an e-mail to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org where you must specify the relevant request with the details of your contract with ALBtelecom.
