1. The packages can be benefited from all new or existing subscribers in all ALBtelecom shops.
2. The modem is provided for free use to all the new customers.
3. The installation fee for all new subscribers in the SuperFiber Packages is 1,500 ALL.
4. For the new IPTV clients with a 24-months contract the IPTV decoder is provided for free use. 
5. The internet service can be offered through static or dynamic IP.
6. For the packages with the speeds:
   • 6 Mbps - 30 Mbps the Fair Use Policy is applied at the level of 500 GB/month. After this volume, the internet speed will be 5 Mbps unlimited.
   • 60 Mbps - 100 Mbps the Fair Use Policy is applied at the level of 1 TB/month. After this volume, the internet speed will be 8 Mbps unlimited.
   • 500 Mbps – 1 Gbps the Fair Use Policy is applied at the level of 1.5 TB/month. After this volume, the internet speed will be 10 Mbps unlimited.

6. If you want unlimited internet, for only an extra of 500 ALL, activate the Unlimited Internet Package in every ALBtelecom shop.
7. The service is offered on Fiber, fixed wireless, and xDSL technologies, in accordance with the ALBtelecom's network availability; for the 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps speeds only Fiber technology is offered.
8. The maximum contract duration for the Internet packages is 12 or 24 months, and the penalty in case of early contract termination is 10,000 ALL. 
9. The prices of these packages include the VAT.

• The on-net minutes are available towards all ALBtelecom Mobile and Landline numbers. 
• The off-net minutes are available towards other national fixed operators, national mobile operators (Vodafone, Telekom Albania), as well as towards international operators in Italy, Greece, Kosovo, Germany, Macedonia, Montenegro, USA, Canada, France, Turkey, England, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Belgium, China, Spain, Sweden, Poland, and Czech Republic.
• The Extra Packages can be added to the active contracts of the SuperMixed Packages.
• The client must sign the relevant addendum where the selected package is defined.
• The package validity is related to the contract validity of the basic product. 
• Upon activation, the package is automatically renewed every month.
• The step-charge for the consumption of minutes is 1+1 seconds.
• The same package cannot be activated twice at the same time. 
• The monthly fee of the Extra packages is fully applied upon activation or deactivation.
• The prices of these packages include VAT.
