Details on the Dedicated Western Balkans Roaming Package

  1. To activate the Kosovo Roaming Package, send an SMS to 136 with the text Kosovo.

  2. To check the balance send an SMS with the text Balance to the number 136.

  3. Outgoing minutes will be used towards the national operators ALBtelecom Mobile, Vodafone Albania and Telekom Albania.

  4. The charging scheme for incoming and outgoing calls is 30 + 1 seconds, while for the Internet it is 1 Kb + 1 Kb.
