  1. You can use one of the following ways to register to the GigaRoaming packages:
  • By sending an SMS to 136 with the text of the selected package
  • From the *100# menu
  • From the “Profili Im” App
  1. GigaRoaming Packages are available to operators in Promozone 1, as follows:
  • GigaRoaming Italy, valid to 3/Wind operators;
  • GigaRoaming Greece, valid to Wind;
  • GigaRoaming Turkey, valid to Avea/Turk Telekom, Turkcell;
  • GigaRoaming Kosovo, valid to all Kosovo's operators.
  1. The step charge of the internet for the GigaRoaming Italy, Greece and Turkey packages is 10+10 Kb, while that of GigaRoaming Kosovo is 1+1 Kb.
  2. If you have one active GigaRoaming package, and at the same time you activate another one, the benefits of the first package will no longer be valid.
  3. You can keep both Roaming Package and GigaRoaming package at the same time, but the GigaRoaming Package will have priority of consumption.
  4. The validity of the package starts from the moment of its activation.
  5. There is no limit to the amount of GigaRoaming packages activations within one calendar month.
  6. You will be notified when you reach 80% of your internet volume consumption, as well as when you consume all of it. 
  7. After your package's internet volume is over, you will be charged through the Roaming tariffs of each state.
  8. To check the balance of the package, send an SMS to 136 with the text Balance.
